Quality of work life and related factors among community pharmacists in Northwest Amhara, Ethiopia multi centered cross sectional study.

ABSTRACT: Community pharmacies play a key role in the health care system by providing medication-related services for patients. The ability of pharmacist to provide patients with quality care is influenced by the kindness and contentment that come from a healthy work-life balance. This study is the first of its kind to comprehensively assess the quality of work life (QWL) and its associated factors among community pharmacists in the Northwest Amhara region of Ethiopia. The purpose of this study is to improve the working conditions and well-being of community pharmacists, which are crucial for the preservation of a competent and motivated healthcare workforce.
