Targeting RNA Polymerase I in Ewing Sarcoma Treatment.

ABSTRACT: Pharmacologic inhibition of RNA polymerase I activity represents a new therapeutic approach for Ewing sarcoma. This is the first time key components of the ribosome biogenesis pathway have been linked to Ewing sarcoma biology.
