PURPOSE: Leucine-rich repeat-containing 15 (LRRC15) is a transmembrane protein that is highly expressed in the synovium of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Brevilin A (BrA), an active compound isolated from Centipeda minima, exerts potent anti-inflammatory effects.
