BACKGROUND: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) remains a significant challenge in hematologic oncology, with high relapse rates and limited treatment options. Natural killer (NK) cells, as key effectors of innate immunity, have shown strong anti-leukemic activity, making them promising candidates for immunotherapy.
