Percutaneous Closure of a Ruptured Sinus of Valsalva Aneurysm to Right Atrium Fistula.

ABSTRACT: Ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm is a life-threatening problem that usually requires emergent surgical management. This case illustrates a transcatheter repair of a ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm creating a fistula to the right atrium in a patient who was not a candidate for surgery.
