ABSTRACT: HOXA7 has been reported to play an important role in various malignant tumors; however, its role in gliomas has not yet been elucidated. This retrospective study aimed to comprehensively investigate the expression patterns, clinical significance, and potential molecular mechanisms of HOXA7 in gliomas through multi-dimensional analysis. Based on a large sample size of 1946 gliomas from various databases, this study used a variety of statistical and bioinformatics methods to explore the role of HOXA7 in gliomas at multiple levels (mRNA, cell signaling pathways, clinical characteristics, and prognosis).
