ABSTRACT: Background
Although NUP85 is a member of the nuclear pore complex (NPC) and is associated with chromosome variation and tumor regulation, its specific role in cancer development remains unclear and requires further research.Methods
This study analyzes the mRNA and protein levels of NUP85 in normal and tumor tissues using the TCGA, GTEx, and HPA databases. We investigated the relationship between NUP85 and survival rates, as well as clinical features, in various tumors by analyzing the TCGA database.
