A novel ubiquitination-based molecular signature predicts prognosis in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

ABSTRACT: Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) exhibits significant biological heterogeneity, leading to diverse clinical outcomes. Ubiquitination, a post-translational modification process, plays a crucial regulatory role in tumor development and progression. The prognostic profile of ubiquitinated genes in DLBCL needs to be explored. We analyzed three datasets (GSE181063, GSE56315, and GSE10846) to identify ubiquitination-related survival-associated differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in DLBCL. We constructed a ubiquitination-based prognostic signature and calculated risk scores. Using R software, we investigated relationships between the identified DEGs, high- and low-risk groups, immune microenvironment, drug sensitivity, and single-cell composition. Three key ubiquitination-related survival-
