ABSTRACT: Perioperative infections remain a major concern in gynecological surgery, often leading to prolonged hospitalization, increased costs, and adverse outcomes. Comprehensive nursing care has been proposed as a holistic approach to reduce complications and improve recovery, but its effectiveness in gynecological procedures has not been fully established.
