ABSTRACT: Objectives
Middle-aged adults face multifaceted physical and psychosocial challenges that impact their overall wellness. Exercise has become a key component of wellness interventions due to its positive impacts on physical and psychosocial health. However, the understanding of exercise-focused wellness interventions for this age group remains limited. Therefore, this scoping review aimed to identify and map the existing literature on exercise-focused wellness interventions for middle-aged adults and to summarise their characteristics and reported outcomes.Design
