The remnant cholesterol inflammatory index (RCII), integrating lipid and inflammatory pathways, may serve as a novel biomarker for cardiovascular risk. Yet, its role in adults across cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic (CKM) syndrome stages 0–3 remains unclear.
