BACKGROUND: The optimal surgical approach for displaced femoral neck fractures (FNF) in elderly patients remains debated. This study compares functional and clinical outcomes between total hip arthroplasty (THA) and hip hemiarthroplasty (HHA) performed by a single surgeon using a standardized anterior approach.
