Bisdemethoxycurcumin (BDMC), a natural derivative of curcumin with improved solubility and stability, has shown potential cardioprotective properties. This study investigated the efficacy and underlying mechanisms of BDMC in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) using both <i>in vivo</i> and <i>in vitro</i> models.
