Structure-function relationship of S protein cleavage in cowpea mosaic virus intratumoral immunotherapy.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Translational studies are underway for cowpea mosaic virus (CPMV) as a candidate for intratumoral immunotherapy. To further strengthen the argument for translation, here we demonstrate that a structural deviation in CPMV's small (S) coat protein does not negatively impact its antitumor efficacy, immune cell uptake, or cytokine profile.
