PURPOSE: Chronological age influences selection for radical cystectomy in bladder cancer, yet biological vulnerability may be more informative. We assessed perioperative outcomes and overall survival after robot-assisted radical cystectomy (RARC) and developed a pragmatic age–Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) risk score.
