A general electrochemical method for label-free screening of protein-small molecule interactions.

ABSTRACT: Here we report a versatile method by which the interaction between a protein and a small molecule, and the disruption of that interaction by competition with other small molecules, can be monitored electrochemically directly in complex sample matrices.
