ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(39)H(45)NO(7),the pyrrolidine ring is connected to an estrone group, a trimeth-oxy benzene and a phenyl ring. The pyrrolidine ring exhibits a twist conformation and the other five-membered ring an envelope conformation. Mol-ecules are linked by N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, C-H⋯π inter-actions and C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
