ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(16)H(13)NO(2), the two benzene rings make a dihedral angle of 55.5 (2)°. The crystal packing is stabilized by inter-molecular C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds and weak π-π stacking inter-actions [centroid-centroid distance = 3.595 (3)Å], linking the mol-ecules into ladders of inversion dimers.
