ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(24)H(21)NO(4)S(2), the phenyl rings form dihedral angles of 85.77 (9) and 85.22 (9)° and the ester group forms an angle of 12.61 (10)° with the indane ring. The mol-ecular structure is stabilized by weak intra-molecular C-H⋯O inter-actions.
