ABSTRACT: The title compound, C(14)H(18)O(3), is an important model compound in the synthesis of phenolic ethers. The cyclo-hexane ring adopts a chair conformation. In the crystal structure, adjacent mol-ecules are linked by O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
