ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(22)H(21)NO(5)S, the 2-naphthol group and the thio-phene ring are almost coplanar, with a dihedral angle of 5.75 (7)°. The structure is stabilized by intra-molecular O-H⋯O, O-H⋯N and C-H⋯S, and inter-molecular C-H⋯O hydrogen-bonding inter-actions.
