ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(16)H(16)ClN(3)O·H(2)O, the dihedral angle between the two aromatic rings is 44.58 (11)°. The N atom of the dimethyl-amino group adopts a pyramidal configuration. In the crystal structure, mol-ecules are linked into a two-dimensional network parallel to the (001) plane by inter-molecular N-H⋯O, O-H⋯N and O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds involving the water mol-ecule and C-H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds. In addition, C-H⋯π inter-actions are observed.
