ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(14)H(10)Cl(2)N(2)O(3), the dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 5.1 (2)°. The mol-ecule adopts an E configuration with respect to the C=N bond and an intra-molecular O-H⋯N inter-action is present. In the crystal structure, mol-ecules are linked through inter-molecular N-H⋯O and O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
