ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(19)H(16)ClNO(2), the dihedral angle between the plane of the phenyl substituent and 3-acetyl-quinoline unit is 75.44 (5)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by inter-molecular C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
