Bis(cyanido-κC)bis-(cyclo-hexyl-amine-κN)mercury(II).

ABSTRACT: In the title compound, [Hg(CN)(2)(C(6)H(13)N)(2)], the Hg(II) ion adopts an extremely distorted HgC(2)N(2) tetra-hedral coordination. The crystal packing is influenced by weak N-H⋯N hydrogen bonds between the amino groups and the cyanide N atoms, resulting in chains of mol-ecules propagating in [110]. Both cyclo-hexyl-amine mol-ecules adopt chair conformations.
