ABSTRACT: The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C(10)H(19)NO(2), prepared from (-)-1R-cis-caronaldehyde, contains two independent mol-ecules. In the crystal structure, inter-molecular O-H⋯O and O-H⋯N hydrogen bonds form an extensive three-dimensional hydrogen-bonding network.
