ABSTRACT: In the title coordination polymer, [Co(C(7)H(4)N(3)O(2))(2)(C(3)H(7)NO)](n), the Co(II) atom is five-coordinated in a distorted square-pyramidal CoON(4) geometry with the O atom from a dimethyl-formamide mol-ecule in an equatorial position. The bridging phenyl-cyanamide anions generate an infinite chain propagating in [001].
