ABSTRACT: In the cation of the title compound, C(12)H(10)F(2)N(3)O(+)·Cl(-), the dihedral angle between the pyridine and benzene rings is 16.1 (1)°. In the crystal structure, mol-ecules linked into two-dimensional sheets parallel to the bc plane by inter-molecular N-H⋯Cl, C-H⋯Cl and C-H⋯F hydrogen bonds.
