ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(16)H(11)F(3)N(2)O(2), the carboxamide group connecting the two aromatic rings is in a syn-periplanar configuration; the mol-ecule is non-planar; the dihedral angle between the two aromatic rings is 13.95 (18)°. Intra-molecular N-H⋯O and C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds occur. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by inter-molecular C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
