ABSTRACT: In the title hydrazone compound, C(14)H(10)FN(3)O(3), the dihedral angle between the two substituted benzene rings is 13.7 (3)°. The mol-ecule exists in a trans configuration with respect to the central methyl-idene unit. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked through inter-molecular N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming chains along the a axis.
