ABSTRACT: The title compound, C(5)H(7)N(3)O, was obtained by the reaction of ethyl 1H-pyrrol-2-carboxyl-ate and hydrazide hydrate. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked via inter-molecular N-H⋯N and N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming a supra-molecular grid.
