ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(16)H(14)O(2)Se, the dihedral angle between the benzene rings is 87.08 (11)°. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked into layers parallel to the bc plane by inter-molecular C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
