ABSTRACT: In the title mol-ecule, C(12)H(15)Cl(2)O(4)P, the cyclic dioxaphosphinane ring adopts a chair conformation. In the crystal, inter-molecular O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules into chains propagating along the b axis.
