ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(13)H(16)O(5), one of the three hy-droxy groups is involved in intra-molecular O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The other two hy-droxy groups contribute to the three-dimensional hydrogen-bonding network, which consolidates the crystal packing.
