ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(24)H(15)FO(2)S, the 4-fluoro-phenyl ring makes a dihedral angle of 19.43 (4)° with the mean plane of the naphtho-furan fragment. The dihedral angle between the phenyl ring and the mean plane of the naphtho-furan fragment is 85.83 (4)°. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked by weak inter-molecular C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds.
