ABSTRACT: The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C(8)H(6)ClN(2)S(2), comprises two mol-ecules forming a dimer via π-π stacking inter-actions [centroid-centroid distance = 3.634 (10) Å] and intra-dimer S⋯S contacts [3.012 (4) and 3.158 (4) Å] between the two mol-ecules in a cis-antarafacial arrangement.
