ABSTRACT: The mol-ecular structure of the title compound, C(10)H(8)Cl(2)O(3), exists in a cis-enol form, which is stabilized by a strong intra-molecular O-H⋯O hydrogen bond. In the crystal, C-H⋯O inter-actions generate zigzag chains along the c axis which are, in turn, linked by further C-H⋯O inter-actions into sheets parallel to (100).
