Bis[4-amino-N-(pyrimidin-2-yl)benzene-sulfonamidato](1,10-phenanthroline)nickel(II).

ABSTRACT: In the mononuclear title compound, [Ni(C(10)H(9)N(4)O(2)S)(2)(C(12)H(8)N(2))], the Ni(II) atom has a distorted octa-hedral coordination geometry comprising four N atoms from two 4-amino-N-(pyrimidin-2-yl)benzene-sulfonamidate ligands and two N atoms from a 1,10-phenanthroline ligand. In the crystal, mol-ecules are connected into a three-dimensional supra-molecular network via N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds and weak C-H⋯O and C-H⋯N contacts.
