ABSTRACT: In the title mol-ecule, C(8)H(8)IN(3)O(2), there is an intra-molecular O-H⋯N hydrogen bond between the hy-droxy group and the imine N atom, which generates an S(6) ring. In the crystal, the carbonyl O atom accepts two different N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, which connect mol-ecules with two R(2) (2)(8) motifs.
