ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(7)H(7)ClN(4)O, the pyrazolo-pyrimidine ring is essentially planar, the r.m.s. deviation of the fitted atoms being 0.0071 Å. The crystal structure features strong N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds and further consolidated by weak C-H⋯O, C-H⋯N and C-H⋯Cl inter-actions.

Project description:In the title compound, C(11)H(9)N(5)O, the pyrazolo-pyrimidin-4-one ring system is almost planar, with a maximum deviation of 0.0546 (13) Å for the O atom. The crystal packing is stabilized by inter-molecular N-H⋯N, C-H⋯O and C-H⋯N hydrogen bonds. In addition, π-π stacking is found between the pyridine ring and the pyrazolo-pyrimidin-4-one ring systems, with centroid-centroid distances in the range 3.9627 (12)-4.6781 (12) Å.

Project description:In the title mol-ecule, C(13)H(13)ClN(2)O(2), the heterocyclic ring adopts a flattened boat conformation with the plane through the four coplanar atoms making a dihedral angle of 89.16 (5)° with the benzene ring, which adopts an axial orientation. The carbonyl, acetyl and methyl groups each have an equatorial orientation. In the crystal structure, inter-molecular N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds lead to a tape motif. The H atoms of the methyl group at position 6 are disordered over two positions of opposite orientation.

Project description:In the title mol-ecule, C(17)H(13)FN(2)O(2), the 3,4-dihydro-pyrimidine ring adopts a flattened sofa conformation with the flap atom (which bears the fluoro-phenyl substituent) deviating from the plane defined by the remaining five ring atoms by 0.281 (2) Å. This plane forms dihedral angles of 85.98 (6) and 60.63 (6)° with the 4-fluoro-phenyl and benzoyl-phenyl rings, respectively. The dihedral angle between the 4-fluoro-phenyl group and the benzene ring is 71.78 (6)°. In the crystal, N-H⋯O hydrogen bonds link mol-ecules into inversion dimers that are further connected by another N-H⋯O inter-action into a two-dimensional supra-molecular structure parallel to (101).

Project description:The title compound, C(12)H(13)ClN(6), was prepared by reaction of 4,5-dichloro-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine with 2-(1H-imid-azol-4-yl)-N-methyl-ethanamine, and the X-ray study confirmed that chloro-substituent in six-membered ring was replaced in the reaction. The exocyclic N atom environment is approximately coplanar with the pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine [corresponding dihedral angle is 5.5 (1)°], whereas the mean plane of the N-C-C-C link connecting with the imidazolyl ring is almost exactly orthogonal to the plane of the bicyclic system [dihedral angle = 91.6 (2)°]. The imidazolyl plane itself, however, forms a relatively small dihedral angle of 20.8 (1)° with the pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine plane. There are two independent N-H⋯N hydrogen bonds in the structure, which link mol-ecules into layers parallel to (03).

Project description:In the title compound, C19H16N4S, the pyrazolo-[3,4-d]pyrimidine ring is close to being planar, with the greatest deviation from the mean plane being 0.023 (2) Å for the C atom bearing the thione S atom. The two phenyl rings are nearly perpendicular to the fused ring system [dihedral angles = 71.4 (2) and 78.1 (2)°], but are oriented in opposite directions; the dihedral angle between the phenyl rings is 32.22 (16)°. In the crystal, linear supra-molecular chains along [101] are sustained by C-H⋯S inter-actions.

Project description:The title compound, C(19)H(15)Cl(2)N(3)O(2), was obtained by a one-step cyclo-condensation of 2-amino-1-(4-chloro-phen-yl)imidazoline with diethyl (2-chloro-benz-yl)malonate under basic conditions. In the crystalline state, the mol-ecule exists as the 7-hy-droxy-5-oxo tautomer. The dihedral angles between the fused imidazopyrimidine and aromatic chloro-phenyl and chloro-benzyl rings are 14.2 (1) and 70.7 (1)°, respectively. The conformation of the mol-ecule is influenced by the intra-molecular C-H⋯O and C-H⋯N hydrogen bonds, giving a nearly planar five-ring fused system [maximum deviation from the mean plane = 0.296 (2) Å]. In the crystal structure, strong inter-molecular O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the mol-ecules into chains along the c axis. These chains are further stabilized by weak C-H⋯Cl and π-π inter-actions [centroid-centroid distance = 3.6707 (12) Å].
