ABSTRACT: In the title Schiff base complex, [Zn(C(14)H(9)Br(2)FNO)(2)], the Zn(II) atom is located on a twofold rotation axis and is coordinated by two O and two N atoms from two symmetry-related bidentate Schiff base ligands in a compressed tetrahedral geometry. The bond lengths and bond angles are within normal ranges. The dihedral angle between the least-squares planes of the aromatic rings within each ligand is 82.76 (17)°.
