ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C(11)H(12)FNO, the dihedral angle between the prop-2-en-1-one group and the benzene ring is 19.33 (6)°. The configuration of the keto group with respect to the olefinic double bond is s-cis. In the crystal, the mol-ecules form dimers through aromatic π-π stacking inter-actions [centroid-centroid distance = 3.667 (1) Å] and are linked via C-H⋯O inter-actions into chains along the b axis.
