Complete Nucleotide Sequence of Canine Distemper Virus HLJ1-06, Isolated from Foxes in China.

ABSTRACT: A new strain of canine distemper virus, HLJ1-06, has been isolated from foxes in China, and its complete genome has been sequenced and analyzed. The phylogenetic analysis suggests that HLJ1-06 belongs to the Asia-1 cluster and has low identity to the vaccine strain.
