ABSTRACT: In the title compound, C16H12ClFO2S, the dihedral angle between the mean planes of the benzo-furan and 2-fluoro-phenyl rings is 34.85 (6)°. In the crystal, mol-ecules are linked via pairs of C-H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming zigzag chains along [001]. The chains are linked by C-H⋯π inter-actions, forming a three-dimensional structure.
