An unusual new species of Micraspis Chevrolat (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) from northeastern India.


ABSTRACT: Micraspispusillus sp. n. (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae) is described and illustrated from the northeastern region of India. It is unusual in possessing very large eye canthus and is the smallest species of the genus known from India so far.
