Automated solid-phase synthesis of oligosaccharides containing sialic acids.

ABSTRACT: A sialic acid glycosyl phosphate building block was designed and synthesized. This building block was used to prepare α-sialylated oligosaccharides by automated solid-phase synthesis selectively.
