Draft Genome Sequence of Mycobacterium elephantis Strain Lipa.

ABSTRACT: We report the draft genome sequence of Mycobacterium elephantis strain Lipa from a sputum sample of a patient with pulmonary disease. This is the first draft genome sequence of M. elephantis, a rapidly growing mycobacterium.
