Draft Genome Sequence of Mycobacterium heckeshornense Strain RLE.

ABSTRACT: We report here the draft genome sequence of Mycobacterium heckeshornense strain RLE isolated from a sputum sample from a patient with shortness of breath. This is the first draft genome sequence of M. heckeshornense.
