Draft Genome Sequence of Streptomyces mutabilis TRM45540, Isolated from a Hypersaline Soil Sample.

ABSTRACT: We report here the draft genome sequence of Streptomyces mutabilis TRM45540, a strain isolated from a soil sample from Xinjiang, China. Analysis of the genome using the bioinformatics tool antiSMASH showed the presence of many unique natural-product biosynthetic pathways.
