Complete Genome Sequence of Klebsiella oxytoca Strain JKo3.

ABSTRACT: Klebsiella oxytoca can be either pathogenic or beneficial, depending on conditions. These opposing characteristics have not been fully elucidated. Here, we report the complete sequence of the K. oxytoca JKo3 genome, consisting of a single circular chromosome of 5,943,791 bp and four plasmids.
